Rental Policy
Set up is the day before your event or the morning of your event between 6am-8am depending on our schedule.
Spring/Summer/Fall – PLEASE WATER YOUR LAWN THE DAY BEFORE WE BRING YOUR SIGN to help soften the ground.
Please DO NOT MOVE OUR SIGNS FOR ANY REASON! If a sign needs to be moved from its original placement, please call us at 970-556-9673
Payment is due at time of booking in order to hold the reservation
Please CANCEL ANY MOWING service while the display is set up. Also ,TURN OFF ALL SPRINKLERS. If there is any damage to the display due to mowing or sprinklers you will need to replace each piece damaged (the signs are waterproof.)
Please do not touch or play around the display. Displays are not strong enough to support any weight. Please do not attach anything to any part of the display. NO BALLOONS OR STREAMERS!
Please do not remove or dispose of any signs
The Yard Life is not responsible for any injury or damage that is caused to any persons or personal property during the set-up, display or removal of any rental. If there is any damage to the signs, you could be invoiced for the replacements.
REFUND POLICY
48 hour notice is required for a full refund. If inside the 48 hour window, you will receive a credit to schedule on a different day.
In the event we are unable to set the display due to inclement weather you will receive a full refund.
No refunds will be given if the wrong address is given
- No refund will be given if we can not access the property due to an animal or sprinklers being on at time of set-up.
